Diagnostic and estimate

The diagnostic fee is $129, payable at the visit. Credited in full toward the repair when you approve the work. A written estimate is provided before any repair begins. No work starts without your approval.

If you decline the estimate, the diagnostic fee stands and nothing further is owed. Appointments cancelled after the technician has arrived are charged the diagnostic fee.

Parts

We fit genuine oem parts. Special-order parts may require payment in advance and are not returnable once ordered against your machine. Lead times depend on the supplier and are quoted, not guaranteed.

Warranty and limits

Our workmanship is warranted for 90 days and the parts we supply for 365 days from the date of the completed repair. The warranty covers the same fault on the same part.

It does not cover a different fault, damage from misuse, damage from power events, damage from deposits where maintenance we recommended in writing was not carried out, or work performed on the appliance by anyone else after our visit. It is our own warranty on our own work and does not extend, replace or affect any warranty offered by the manufacturer.

Twenty Mile Range Co. is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Wolf or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.

Work carried out by an independent company may affect an in-force manufacturer warranty. If your appliance is still covered by Wolf, contact the manufacturer before booking with us.
