5.01 Are you part of the manufacturer's service network?
No. Twenty Mile Range Co. is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Wolf or Sub-Zero Group, Inc. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the manufacturer directly — warranty claims must go through their own network. We handle everything outside it.
5.02 Do you work on other appliance brands?
No. We service Wolf cooking equipment only: ranges, rangetops, cooktops, wall ovens, convection steam ovens, speed ovens, warming drawers, ventilation and outdoor grills. Working on one manufacturer's equipment is how we keep parts knowledge and diagnostic time where they need to be.
5.03 What does the diagnostic visit cost?
A flat $129. It covers the visit and the diagnosis, and it is credited in full toward the repair when you approve the work. You receive a written estimate before any repair begins, and nothing is ordered or replaced without your approval.
5.04 What warranty comes with the repair?
Ninety days on labour and three hundred and sixty-five days on parts. We fit genuine OEM parts. If the same fault returns inside those windows, the return visit is covered.
5.05 Which areas do you cover?
Nocatee and the surrounding St. Johns County area, within roughly forty miles. That includes the Nocatee villages — Coastal Oaks, Twenty Mile, Del Webb Nocatee, Greenleaf Village, Seabrook Village, Crosswater and Lakeside.
5.06 When are you available?
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. We are closed on Sunday. Calls placed after hours are returned the next working morning. We do not advertise emergency or overnight service, because we do not run it.
